Julien was born close to Paris, France. He studied music at the music school of  Ste Genevieve and after receiving a scholarship he studied several years with pretigious guitarists. Recently he studied music performance at the Evry Univeristy of Music.Over the years Julien has been influenced by many styles; rock, heavy metal,  pop, jazz, and his playing demonstrates a blend of these. He also gained a lot of experience being on tour with different project bands, playing concerts in restaurants and playing festivals.

Julien is currently working full time as a guitar instructor and player in France and is continually working on new solo material. He is endorsed by JMusic. The Square Metal band is also making appearances playing concerts in France.
